From start to finish the experience was excellent. Chris took his time to sit down with me and completely personalize my M4 Competition. He was always available to answer every question I had along the way. Very accessible, very personable service. On pickup, Alex was extremely knowledgeable and took his time setting the car up with me. He made recommendations on how to get the most out of the car, and as a first time BMW owner I think that’s invaluable.
